My husband and I drove past Sushi Yah many times and never considered stopped because we expected a sushi restaurant advertising "All You Can Eat" to have pre-prepared sushi sitting under glass like other all-you-can eat Asian places. Then, we decided to take a chance and stopped there for lunch one day. We were amazed by the quality of the made-to-order sushi. We LOVE the Fuji roll and the Utah Mountain Roll. The fish is fresh, the rolls are large and tasty, and the service is fast and friendly. I've never had better sushi anywhere.

Iv'e been to Sushi Yah about 4 times and each time it has been wonderful. Their rolls are large and the fish is so fresh. You won't be disapointed! Welcoming staff and comfortable atmosphere. prices are good too!

My husband and I loved the sushi! The spicy tuna and unagi has great flavor, as well as the salmon and shrimp.The chefs made the substitutions we asked for. Everyone on the staff smiled and greeted us. We felt like we were with friends. And, to top it off, the menu pricing was surprisingly reasonable. My husband and I shared 3 huge rolls for a total bill of $24. (They even offer a $19.95 all you can eat sushi on the menu!) John and his staff have us as regulars now!
