the service was not good at all the pizza was burnt and the people where rude to me it took them over 45 mins. to get my pizza i think next time i will just go to pizza hut or something!!!

My husband and I would rather go eat at Nick N Willey's before any other pizza place because the pizza is so much better than anywhere else you go. The problem is the service. We have noticed that when the owner is in, the service is great, in fact it couldn't get better! When he isn't in - it is AWFUL!! The kids behind the counter have had us wait several times for at least 30-40 minutes to get our pizza because they are busy having a good time laughing and talking with one another (mind you, that isn't the time it takes to bake it - we take ours home to bake). Sometimes your pizza will be done, and they wont even call out your name. We have had to ask several times to see if our pizza is done, and indeed it was done. Anyway, I HIGHLY reccomend the pizza - it is so delicious. The customer service is terrible - so bad that we have been going to Papa Murphy' because we dont want to wait for 45 mintues to get our pizza - then go home and bake it!

I just moved to the area and did not know of any pizza places. I found Nick n willys on yellowpages.com and thought I would give them a try since they were close to my house. Their service was great, I loved that they have a liv n lite menu and they had many different sides and salads to choose from which were fresh. I really enjoyed Nick n willy's pizza.
