Gourmandise has been my favorite place for late night desserts for years. I wondered in for breakfast the other day and that was great too. It's nice to go to a place where you know everything is made from scratch. It's downtown's little secret. The suburbs can have their franchises and chains. Eating here with friends at such a unique place makes me feel like its here for the locals to enjoy.

I love this place!!! The desserts are so amazing! Lunch is very good, also. There is wonderful variety here. However, the last couple times, it has taken a while for the waitress to take our order, and sometimes it has been hard to get the right thing. Otherwise, just go!

My neighbor told me about this place a few years ago and my mom and I go for lunch all the time! It's the only restaurant we can enjoy with the bill being only $12! Delicious french onion soup is to die for, and all the baked goods are fantastic. The fruit tartlettes are better than the large one, all of the cookies are fantastic, the other small treats are good too! GREAT deal, GREAT food!

I have traveled around the world a few times as a speaker and consultant. What I like about coming home is the Local feel of Gourmandise. Is the service a little slow??? compared to what...Fast food?? Yes! Are you there to get in and get out or enjoy the fact that they take there time to prepare and it shows and taste in the meals. For some the wait may be much. for me.. I am thankful to know I can get a great meal or pastry at a pretty Fair price in a great location. Love the Place. Thanks, RD

The Bakery was really impressive with their customer service, and they make the best Black Forest Cake in town. I recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for pastries and cakes for all occasions. Thank you,
