Rental Fraud

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! We rented a vacation home from the owner, Anthony Ramirez, from January 22-29, 2009 and have yet to receive our deposit of $400 from him. He has insisted repeatedly that "the check is in the mail" although obviously this is untrue since we never received it. We are now taking the owner to small claims court. I am writing this review so that potential customers are aware of this fraud.
